A few months ago, I wrote an article, Missouri AG Leads Multi-State Lawsuit Against Biden, Government & Big Tech Censorship. Which detailed the lawsuit against the Biden administration for colluding with Big Tech to censor the American people on social media. This is a historic case and the Federal Judge ruled in favor of the American people on July 4th.
Missouri v Biden
A lawsuit filed by AGs for Missouri and Louisiana was originally filed on May 5, 2022. Due to the overwhelming evidence of tremendous harm to our constitutional rights. A federal judge ruled that many of Biden administration officials are prohibited from contacting social media companies about moderating posts protected by the First Amendment.
There has been evidence of censorship with overreaching implications that has affected all Americans and our First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech.
Federal Judge Rules for The People
Judge Terry A. Doughty wrote in a 155-page ruling that he believes the plaintiffs have proved that federal government officials are targeting and suppressing “millions of protected free speech postings by American citizens.”
The injunction bars people like DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) leader Jen Easterly, and FBI Foreign Influence Task Force leader Laura Dehmlow, as well as employees of those agencies and several others, from contacting or working with social media companies about posts protected by the First Amendment.
Those named in the suit are also barred from working with academic groups that focus on social media, like the Election Integrity Partnership, the Virality Project, and the Stanford Internet Observatory.
Biden Administration Immediately Appealed
The Biden administration immediately appealed the judge’s injunction on social media contacts. They appealed the ruling restricting some agencies and officials from meeting and communicating with social media companies to moderate their content, according to government dictates.
The notice of appeal signals the government’s plan to ask the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans to review the ruling in a lawsuit challenging the Biden administration’s efforts to persuade social media companies to police posts it considered disinformation.
The lawsuit brought by attorneys general in Missouri and Louisiana, alleged that U.S. government officials went too far in efforts to encourage social media companies to address posts they worried could contribute to vaccine hesitancy during the COVID-19 pandemic, or affect elections.
The injunction issued on July 4th barred government agencies like the Department of Health and Human Services and the FBI from talking to social media companies for “the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech” under the Free Speech Clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution.
5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Paused Ruling Today
A federal appeals court today temporarily paused a lower court’s order limiting executive branch officials’ communications with social media companies about controversial online posts.
Biden administration lawyers had asked the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans to stay the preliminary injunction issued on July 4th by U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty. Doughty himself had rejected a request to put his order on hold pending appeal. However, the Biden administration went over his head.
Today’s 5th Circuit order put Doughty’s order on hold “until further orders of the court.” It called for arguments in the case to be scheduled on an expedited basis.
The American people had Freedom of Speech on social media for exactly 10 days before the government gained control of Big Tech censorship once again.
Freedom of Speech Is Now Right-Wing
I personally am not political. I am “so” not political, I honestly do not know what left-wing and right-wing even mean. In 2020 when I started posting the Truth about the Plandemic, before I was being censored on Facebook. People would make comments under my posts calling me right-wing. That tickled me; because I did not know what right-wing meant, and I would tell them that. The other night in a text conversation with my cousin she also called me right-wing. I told her the same thing.
Yesterday, while doing some research for this article, I got a glimpse into understanding right-wing and left-wing. It seems like freedom of speech is now right-wing when at one time it was left-wing. As Jimmy Dore puts it, now Freedom of Speech, Anti-war, Pro-Peace, and Workers’ Rights have all become right-wing when they used to be left-wing for a long time.
Stand for Truth and Freedom
Honestly, I will never be political. I stand for Truth and Freedom and always will. For me Truth and Freedom are not a left-wing or right-wing issue, it is an American issue. I believe all Americans want Truth and Freedom, no matter what their political affiliations.
As I am in the middle of writing this article, I see the News that the original ruling was paused on appeal today. It’s like we take one step forward toward freedom and the Biden administration does everything it can to pull us 3 steps backward.
Right now the government is just grasping at straws at this point. We the People are Awake now. The entire government is corrupt, it does not matter if you identify as right-wing or left-wing. That is why the issues are interchangeable from side to side. Both sides are owned and controlled by the Globalists.
People who are so focused on politics need to wake up and understand this; it does not matter who you vote for. With a corrupt government and a corrupt system, nothing will ever change. The only way to see true change is to ignore the corrupt government. Come together in unity, love, and peace. Come together to form a totally NEW way of going forward as a community and society, a grass-roots movement. We need radical change by the people in a peaceful way.
The old corrupt government system is collapsing brick by brick. It is happening right before our eyes. When we come together in a high vibration of love, unity, and peace, they cannot do anything to stop us. We must show them we have all the power. It is just a very small percentage of the population, trying to control all of humanity. They can only succeed if we let them. I know we will not let them.
