This is an historic lawsuit that has produced evidence of censorship with overreaching implications that has affected all Americans and our first amendment right to freedom of speech.
Missouri v. Biden was originally filed on May 5, 2022. Due to the overwhelming evidence of tremendous harm to our constitutional rights. The lawsuit has been amended three times, with the most recent change in the case turning it into a class action lawsuit involving 12 states. Click here to view the case docket.
Missouri v. Biden
The lawsuit alleges that the US Government was not only threatening and coercing social media companies to censor their users on their platforms, furthermore, they were also working with these Big Tech companies to silence any discussion that was not in alignment with the government’s narrative.
Discussions surrounding topics such as Covid-19, origins of Covid, highly credible doctors with alternative viewpoints, election integrity, Covid shots, Hunter Biden’s laptop, CDC VAERS data, and vaccine injuries, were all under scrutiny by the White House and other government agencies.
The government very publicly threatened to take action against these Big Tech social media companies if they did not censor their users and take away their freedom of speech, violating their first amendment rights.
The Plaintiffs in the Case
The original plaintiffs, in this case, are the states of Missouri and Louisiana, along with several other private plaintiffs. They motioned for an expedited discovery process, to be able to obtain evidence as well as depositions of certain government officials.
They argued that this evidence would allow them to make the case for an injunction to stop the government from infringing on the first amendment rights of the plaintiffs and their citizens.
Expedited Discovery Process
When the case was filed, the judge granted a rare, expedited discovery process. Last October, the judge ordered several key figures to sit for depositions in this case. The plaintiffs allege that several key figures in the government have conspired with Big Tech to censor free speech on social media platforms.
That discovery produced profound results. It shined a light on a conspiracy that spans almost every government institution, in direct contradiction to the US Constitution, and worse than any we could have imagined. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is a conspiracy FACT!
From the discovery process it has been proven that Anthony Fauci, the State Department, CISA, CDC, White House and other government organizations have all engaged in unconstitutional behavior. This has been proven, it is no longer alleged.
Discovered 1,200 Facts about Government-Big Tech Censorship
There were 1,200 facts discovered about government-coordinated censorship with Big Tech. The government responded with a 1200-page argument that they did it all, however, only for the safety of the American people. To protect them from being exposed to harmful “misinformation.”
To be honest we are not used to honest judges. Many judges bow down to the government. In fact, the judges in this case have not bowed down at all to the government’s BS. Not in the appellate court or in the DC court.
If the injunction is granted and upheld, the solution is to bar the government from working with Big Tech companies to flag and censor their users. They will also be barred from working through NGOs to do the same.
Facebook Admitted Censoring True Information
Facebook, now Meta, let the government know that they decided that in response to White House pressure, they would remove content that, in their words, was “often true.” Information like the vaccine injured sharing their horrific stories and finding out when they needed help, they were refused help or even acknowledged.
Meta also assured the White House they would limit messages on WhatsApp, giving detailed reports on censorship to the government, and would censor content, such as discouraging the choice to vaccinate which violates personal and civil freedoms.
The government is even having Big Tech censor discussions and talk about your individual rights to criticize them. This was Meta’s response to the White House:
“We hear your call for us to do more, and as I said on the call, we are committed to working towards our shared goal,” said Facebook…
Every Single Topic of National Importance
Every single topic of national importance the government wants to censor and limit your freedom of speech. You can only share what is government-approved information, that is always FALSE information. They created the terms “misinformation and disinformation”. There is only information, and that information is either true or false.
They want you to believe the lies and propaganda they are pushing through the mainstream News media. However, so many people have awakened from their deep slumber to the truth these past 3 years. They already know they cannot trust any information from the government and MSN.
The mission surrounding the Covid shots was not to provide the public with true information and true informed consent. The only purpose was to push the false narrative “safe and effective”, to stop vaccine refusal. They wanted every single person vaccinated.
When Facebook asked the CDC for information regarding several posts on their platform, the CDC responded, “It appears that any of these could potentially cause vaccine refusal.” There wasn’t talk of whether the posts were true or not, just talk of what they think the result of people reading those posts would be.
That is why everyone has turned off MSN and their ratings are in the toilet. Now even Fox News ratings are going in the toilet because they fired Tucker Carlson.
This lawsuit is just another great example of how We the People are winning, even in the mainly corrupt government court system. Many honest judges are starting to stop playing their corruption game.
