New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg has had a vendetta against President Trump which is why he has been pushing a case that has no reasonable basis for him to even devote his time to. The goal of DA Bragg was to indict the President over alleged money paid to pornographic actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 campaign. Not only does Mr Bragg lack the evidence, he is also looking at two other issues which totally undermine the credibility of his case. First, his main source of ‘evidence’ is former Trump attorney Michael Cohen which yesterday’s AMP Journal outlined this man’s many violations of the law and jail sentence. Second, even if there were to be truth to this payoff allegation, the statute of limitations has long since run out so there simply is no case.
Not surprisingly, President Trump has been quick to hit back. He stated on Truth Social ‘Everybody says there is no crime here. I did nothing wrong! This is no legal system, this is the Gestapo, this is Russia and China, but worse. Disgraceful!’ Yes, somewhere there is someone who saw the words ‘Trump’ and ‘Russia’ in the same sentence and go excited but that person is just as foolish as DA Bragg for trying to push a thrice debunked accusation.
President Trump predicted he could be arrested on Tuesday which has obviously come and gone. That suggests that either DA Bragg is realizing he has no grounds to charge President Trump or President Trump was trying to apply pressure so that it would become apparent to all that there really is no case here. The next day, Wednesday, a Grand Jury was supposed to convene for the case and that also did not happen. Granted, the Grand Jury could still convene next week but based upon what? If there was enough evidence, then it should have taken place immediately as per the Constitutional right to a speedy trial. It is looking more and more like President Trump was right again; this is a ‘witch hunt’ with nothing of substance behind it.

President Trump republished a 2018 letter moments ago on Truth social showing Stormy Daniels denying every having had a relationship with citizen Trump.
This is huge.
The letter was published by TMZ in January 2018.

President Trump has said for years that the entire thing was a lie. Now he somehow obtained a letter from Stormy Daniels showing her signature and stating that she never had a relationship with Donald Trump.
