The grassroots organization Freedom Alliance South Africa (FASA) are seeking a court order injunction to the government’s authorization of the Pfizer mRNA shots, which are harming and killing so many people globally. However, the mainstream News media is not reporting on this extremely important landmark case.
International Scientists and Leading Experts
A group of international scientists and leading experts have filed proceedings in the Pretoria High Court seeking to stop the use of Pfizer’s Covid mRNA shots in South Africa. This lawsuit has global implications, if this case wins this injunction to these dangerous shots, it must put an end to them worldwide.
This is one of the most important cases for the Truth and Freedom movement. Many countries’ citizens, such as the UK, Australia, and New Zealand have tried to put an end to these harmful shots and have not been successful thus far.
There is overwhelming evidence that these shots are only killing and harming people. There are absolutely no health benefits to these shots and all the data worldwide has proven this fact.
In this case, the FASA is seeking a judicial review of Pfizer’s Covid mRNA shots, which are argued to be “unsafe and ineffective.” According to all the real-world data collected, these shots have done nothing but caused harm.
UK Cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra
London’s leading UK-based cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra is among a group of international experts supporting the FASA efforts to get an injunction in the High Court, calling for an urgent judicial review of Pfizer’s mRNA Covid shots which have been extremely harmful to the public.
According to Dr. Malhotra, who once trusted the pharmaceutical industry, and was a proponent of this product. He himself received the initial two doses; double-jabbed Malhotra lost his father Dr. Kailash Chand to a heart condition shortly after he received the booster. His father’s death was a direct result of the Pfizer shots.
After his father’s passing, Dr. Malhotra began to research the effectiveness of these shots and discovered they were far from safe and effective, actually, the exact opposite was the case. “Having critically appraised the literature and the Pfizer trial data, the evidence is unequivocal,” states Dr. Malhotra. He began speaking out publicly about his findings, even on mainstream News on BBC.
Dr. Malhotra now warns of the increased risk of heart attacks and strokes from these mRNA shots. He states that these shots are causing unprecedented harm to the general population and should be suspended immediately.
After further investigation, he has concluded that the mRNA gene therapy shots, which have never met the true definition of a vaccine, should have never been approved for use in the first place.
Freedom Alliance South Africa (FASA)
In a press release the Freedom Alliance South Africa (FASA), who are the plaintiffs in this case, states, “In addition to setting out the facts showing an unprecedented rise in vaccine injuries, the papers cite new real-world data analysis which reveals an association with increasing deaths from both Covid and non-Covid causes in the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated. The six-month data of Pfizer’s own randomized controlled trial revealed an almost 50% increase in death from all causes in the vaccinated versus unvaccinated.”
Basically, what they can prove is that Pfizer’s own trial study, before the release of these shots, shows an increase in deaths. Yet, they still forced this product onto a global population. There was more than coercion in this case, these shots were mandated for people to keep their jobs in many instances worldwide.
The worldwide data is showing alarming signals and correlations between the administration of Pfizer’s Covid mRNA vaccine products and the unprecedented rise in serious adverse reactions in patients, including disability, fetal abnormalities, miscarriages, aggressive cancers, and deaths. These facts are easily seen in the CDC VAERS data and the UK Yellow Card data.
As the global medical community increasingly becomes aware of the problem, the FASA has taken on the government and the pharmaceutical regulator SAHPRA, to safeguard public health. The SAHPRA in South Africa is like the FDA in America.
India was Wise to Refuse the Deadly Shots
India was very wise to insist that Pfizer be held liable for all injuries and deaths caused by their products. That is why Pfizer refused to release their shots in India. Pfizer tried to bully India into taking their products without any liability on their part. They knew the harm and deaths that their products would cause, and Pfizer did not want any liability.
India’s government, unlike the United States government, is not owned by the pharmaceutical industry. This is proven by the unconstitutional and unlawful National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which allows the pharmaceutical industry to get away with murder and gives them a license to kill. The sad thing is that most Americans are completely unaware of this truth because this information has always been hidden from them.
Mainstream News Lies and Propaganda
Even though the mainstream News has been spreading lies, fake science, and propaganda for 3 years, the truth will come out in a court of law. In court, they cannot suppress real-world data and distort the facts.
A prominent South African neurosurgeon Dr. Herman Edeling, with over 40 years of experience, notes in the founding affidavit, “These papers prove that the Comirnaty vaccine cannot, and should never have been branded as safe and effective”.
The lawsuit presents clear evidence that Pfizer’s vaccine trial for Comirnaty appears to have been a whitewash, mired by what appears to be substantial data manipulation, data inaccuracies, and inaccurate statements of the outcome.” states Dr. Edeling. There is overwhelming evidence of fraud and deception in this case on a mass and global scale.
Dr. Malhotra reviewed Dr. Edeling’s evidence, and stated “This case is factually, medically, and scientifically sound”. It is highly likely there would have been substantially fewer deaths and illness in the global population if the vaccine had never been approved in the first place.”
The Proceedings were Filed in South Africa High Court
The proceedings were filed in the South Africa Pretoria High Court on March 23, 2023, and a court date has yet to be scheduled.
Attorneys representing the grass-roots human rights group FASA say they have evidence, a “show cause notice” was filed at the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Pretoria. Including real-world data analysis, which shows an association with increasing deaths in the vaccinated compared to the unvaccinated.
FASA has approached the court to review and set aside the authorization of Pfizer’s Covid mRNA shots on the basis that the authorization was “unlawful”. If successful, this could result in the removal of Covid mRNA shots from South Africa which has major global implications.
“For the overwhelming majority of people, the Pfizer Covid mRNA shot is significantly more harmful than beneficial and likely should never have been approved to be administered to a single human being,” said Dr. Malhotra.
“It is alarming to me that the local regulators are encouraging the vaccination of young children in the circumstances. The rollout of the Pfizer vaccine products should, in my opinion, be halted pending a full investigation into how we got this so very wrong. That is, without question, the responsible and ethical move,” he said.
The FASA Case First of Its Kind
The FASA case is among the first of its kind, is being handled by advocate Erin-Dianne Richards, briefed by Daniel Eloff of Hurter Spies Incorporated in South Africa, and is supported by leading medical and scientific professionals from around the world. There is growing support from professionals worldwide and solid evidence fortifying the upcoming FASA case against Pfizer.
The plaintiffs in this case call for Pfizer to explain their conduct; as well as the South African regulators and government to hold Pfizer accountable. To act in the best interests of the South African public. They humbly request this Honorable Court to come to their aid in achieving these calls in the interests of public health.
While the notice of the motion was recorded by the South African court registrar on March 23, 2023, the FASA hopes to announce a date of the hearing very soon. This case will go forward in the upcoming months and proceedings will be open to the public.
