In the last week of Congress before the summer recess, the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the “Oversight of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security,” got testy as Congressional Representatives sparred with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

Do Marxist Mayokas hate Americans? Or is he simply working on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to weaken the nation to bring the kinetic phase of World War III to the singularity point of “Convergence”–when China and Russia’s militaries engage the United States military?

In the past week, the public has come to learn that DHS Secretary Mayorkas:
- Believes the average American citizen is a “domestic terrorist”;
- That DHS allowed 140 foreign fighter terrorists to cross the Southern Border without tracking them;
- That he refuses to protect the Southern Border of the United States–despite that being his job;
- That he has failed the U.S. Constitution that he swore an oath to uphold.
Hemorrhaging at the Border
Last week, border reporter Ben Bergquam covered the abject failures of the DHS and Secretary Mayorkas on the “Unrestricted Truths” show, “Freedom vs Fascism” (Ep. 388).
According to the USA Today article, July 17: “Officials tout U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s new CBP One app for smartphones and other border policies as key reasons for the decline at the border…”
Except Secretary Mayorkas didn’t address that minor, superficial victory. The CBP One app is not going to slow the flow at open borders. It’s probably tracking half of the illegal alien invaders–well over 6 million number provided by the federal government–that have entered the United States on a red carpet in the past two and a half years.
And certainly not when Mayorkas refused to provide “status on the 140 terrorists” operating freely in the U.S. despite being on the FBI Terrorist Watch List.
What is further stunning–but really no surprise coming from the Biden regime–than Mayorkas’ omission at the hearings on the 140 terrorists’ status roaming the country, is the U.S. Dept. of Justice filed a lawsuit against Governor Abbott and the State of Texas for trying to “slow the spread” and protect its border by installing a floating barrier in the Rio Grande River.
The Hill reported:
“The Justice Department on Monday sued the state of Texas in a suit seeking to compel Gov. Greg Abbott (R) to remove a barrier in the Rio Grande River designed to block migrants from crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
“’We allege that Texas has flouted federal law by installing a barrier in the Rio Grande without obtaining the required federal authorization,’ Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta said in a statement announcing the suit.
“’This floating barrier poses threats to navigation and public safety and presents humanitarian concerns,’ she said, adding that the barrier has prompted protests and ‘risks damaging U.S. foreign policy.’
“The barrier, roughly 1,000 feet of buoys ranging from four to six feet in diameter, is the latest escalation from Texas, which also installed razor wire near the border and is among several states that have bussed migrants to left-leaning cities.”

Beyond President Trump’s campaign ad blowing the roof off the Deep State DHS, FBI, and DOJ, when any agent or agency of the Biden regime labels innocent Americans as “domestic terrorists” its time to vote the bastards out, gum up their works, and then blame them for the coming poly-crisis of the global financial Crash, power grid failures, “Red Dawn” border war against the illegal invaders, and countdown to nuclear World War III.
The Biden regime has aided the enemies of America and the American people long enough.
