The Column: The True Nature of Our Matrix – Bridging Science and Spirituality

Many people have heard of the “Law of Attraction” since the release of the documentary film “The Secret”, which was also popularized on the Oprah Show in 2006. I remember waiting with bated breath to see that film. What a huge letdown!

There was nothing in that film I did not already know from the 1980’s when many books were popular, and I was studying the “Power of Positive Thinking”. I read “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill when I was only 15 years old. That was my first introduction to the concept that our thoughts and emotions help to create our experiences.

That was the exact same concept that was presented in “The Secret”, nothing new, all they did was give it a different name. The film that really opened my eyes was “What the Bleep Do We Know” in 2007. However, that film did not get the attention and acclaim that “The Secret” received.

The true understanding of the “Power of Positive Thinking” and the “Law of Attraction” was revealed with the understanding of quantum physics, which “What the Bleep Do We Know” was all about.

Quantum physics explains that everything is the same energy vibrating at different frequencies. That everything is interconnected and interdependent, as there is only ONE thing in the universe, and it is ONE energy.

My name for that ONE energy is Love, to be more precise, Unconditional Love. The names God, Source, Universe, and All That Is, can go hand in hand with many different names. Nevertheless, we are using different terms for the exact same thing. Science has proven that like frequency attracts to like frequency, this is called frequency resonance.

The Laws of Attraction

Essentially, the frequency or vibration of your thoughts and emotions creates your life experiences, by attracting similar vibrations towards you. Therefore, positive thoughts attract positive experiences and negative thoughts attract negative experiences.

There are central universal principles that make up this law. This means that people tend to attract similar situations to themselves over and over again repeatedly. Regardless of how often they change locations, jobs, and relationships. This suggests that people’s thoughts tend to attract similar results; feeling like they are stuck on a hamster wheel.

Nature abhors a vacuum. This means that removing negative thoughts from your mind can make space for more positive thoughts to take their place. It is difficult to have a completely empty mind since something will always fill the space. You want to try to fill that space with positivity.

How to Use the Law of Attraction

According to this law, we create our own reality. This is a very self-empowering concept to embrace. What you focus on is what you are drawing into your life. Your attention is your life force energy, and your energy makes it stronger. When we understand this, we want to focus our energy on only what we want to show up in our life. It’s not that we are denying or ignoring what is unwanted. We do not want to energize or give energy to what is not wanted.

When we really think about it, there is always something in every moment to be grateful for. We tend to take small blessings for granted. Visualize the future you want, and actively look for the positives in every situation. Pay attention to your thought process, and see how often you are thinking negatively. It actually can become habitual thinking.

Many times, when I am in a conversation with a person, all they talk about is what’s going wrong in their life. I listen for a little while and try to bring their conversation to something positive in their life, and before you know it, they are right back to the negative talk.

While the law of attraction may not be an immediate solution for all of life’s challenges, it can help you learn to cultivate a more optimistic outlook on life. It may also help you stay motivated to continue working toward a brighter future.

Law of Attraction is an Ancient Concept

The concept of the law of attraction is fundamentally an ancient concept embedded in universal law. We, as conscious beings, have the ability to influence and create our life events. Many of us have already experienced the manifestation of something that we imagined. Almost all major religions and spirituality talk about this concept in one form or another.

The law may produce results because it taps into people’s spiritual or religious beliefs. Spirituality itself is connected to a variety of health benefits including reduced stress, better health, lower depression, and better overall well-being.

Many people believe that this works by aligning with God’s vibration, or the universe. People are made of energy, and this energy operates at different frequencies. Because of this, it is important to charge our frequency with positive thoughts, especially gratitude for what is already in our life.

Quantum Physics Offers an Explanation

Quantum physics offers an explanation for this law. One of the founding fathers of quantum physics and Nobel Prize winner Max Planck once said, “As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear-headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about the atoms this much:

There is no matter as such! All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force (energy) that brings the particles of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together… We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter.”

There are countless scientific studies and experiments that have proven the effects of positive thinking and prayer. The power of our thoughts is backed up by much research and the results are overwhelming. By using gratitude, positive thoughts, and feelings and by focusing on our dreams for the future, rather than our frustrations, we can change our core frequency, and usher in positive results.

Better Mental Health & Well-Being

Positive thinking has a great impact on mental health and overall well-being. By focusing on a new reality, and by believing it’s possible, we notice more opportunities and open ourselves up to endless possibilities. Conversely, when we don’t believe that something is possible, we tend to let opportunities pass us by unnoticed.

When we believe we don’t deserve good things, we behave in ways that sabotage our chances in life. By changing our negative self-talk and feelings about life, we reverse the unpleasant patterns in our lives and create more favorable, productive, and healthy outcomes.

Own Our Sovereignty and Independence

When we know, like breathing, that we are at the core cause of everything that is happening in our lives and in the world around us. We stop looking for others outside of us to fix our problems; we stop looking for a savior.

Because we are our savior, we are our Guru, we have been looking for. It is right inside of us. We take full ownership of our life experiences. We stop playing the blame game and we stop claiming that we are victims of life. That is the moment we truly start to live our life’s purpose fully.

We can all see what is happening in our world today. We know the Globalists’ agenda for humanity. It is up to us, each one of us to do our part and stand up and own our Sovereignty and say “No” to their agenda. We cannot wait for someone else to do that for us. We have to do it, each one of us, true change starts from within.
