On tonight’s episode of The Revealing, Shavon speaks with Loy Brunson about the cases he and his brothers have filed, the Petition they have erected, as well as “seven discoveries” Loy has made regarding the Constitution.
The cases presented by the Brunson Brothers are to address the elected officials that have committed treason, and violated their oaths of office. The Brunson Brothers also address a SCOTUS case precedent that was previously established, which gave lower courts the ability to, in short, deny the rights of parties to bring suite.
In addition, the Petition and Complaint that the Brunsons have before the SCOTUS provides the instrumentality where the SCOTUS can remove those elected officials, and prevent them from holding office again.
The Supreme Court has docketed this for January 6, and Loy believes they will adjudicate sooner because they agreed to accept it under the SCOTUS rule 11 (National Emergency) which gives them more latitude.
